Enjoy Safely at Elwick Place - All You Need To Know
As we start to get back to some sort of normality, we want to remind Elwick Place visitors that their safety and well-being continue to be our top priority. As we look forward to welcoming more of you back, we want to assure you that we have put a variety of measures in place to ensure a safe and comfortable visitors for all.
We have implemented a one-way system and have installed on-brand social distancing signage around the centre to ensure we inform, educate and remind Elwick Place visitors of key measures to follow ahead of their visit and that they are always remaining a safe distance apart.

Q: What is open at Elwick Place?
A: Please check tenant opening times on our tenant directory page to keep up to date with your favourite brands specific opening information.
As of 10th June 2020, Macknade are the only unit which is open.
Q: Are all entrances in the centre open?
A: Yes. All entrances are open, but we encourage all our customers to stay at least 2m apart.
Q: Is social distancing in place in the centre?
A: Yes. Please make sure you keep 2m away from other shoppers while visiting Elwick Place and follow the KEEP LEFT one way system in place. There will be a queuing system in place for each shop. If possible, come early or late to avoid the busy periods.
Q: Is the car park open?
A: Yes. Our car park is open. Please use contactless payments where possible.
Q: Is the public seating still available at the moment?
A: The benches in the open are in use, but limited to one household at a time.
Q: Have you increased cleaning at Elwick Place?
A: Yes. We have a new cleaning regime that ensures that the centre is regularly sanitised.
Q: Am I required to wear a face mask when visiting Elwick Place?
A: In accordance with government guidelines, we strongly suggest that you wear a face mask or face covering when visiting Elwick Place.
Q: Can I shop with my family?
A: If you need to shop with other members of your household, you can do so. However, in a bid to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to enable social distancing to take place, it is advisable that, when possible, you shop alone.
Q: Are the lifts still in use?
A: All tenants with lifts are currently closed. We will update this information when they reopen.
