  • The Match Box – Be it a Party, Corporate Event or a Special Match, Matches have got you covered for your next night out in Ashford. Hire the Match Box, complete with 85-inch HDTV screen and super-surround sound, which is available for 6 to 15 people, although Matches can accommodate larger bookings too! £150 for 5 hours – includes booking fee and a £100 tab for food & drink.
  • Venue Hire – Looking for a party venue with a difference? Matches offer full private hire, it has even hosted wedding receptions.

Picturehouse:

  • Private Screen Hire – Whether for a premiere screening or to host an awards presentation with a difference, Picturehouse’s screens are available for private hire. This can also be combined with hiring the events space and bar and lounge area, including the outdoor terrace.
  • Events Space Hire – Secluded away behind dramatic floor to ceiling theatrical drapes, the events space at Picturehouse is a multi-purpose space that can be used for presentations, meetings or social events, coming complete with its own bar!
  • Bar/Lounge Hire – Great for community groups and larger scale celebrations, the bright and welcoming lounge can be used for a variety of meetings, gatherings, parties or social events. Tea and coffee is plentiful alongside food and drink from the bar and Picturehouse’s onsite kitchen.
  • Outdoor Terrace – Elwick Place’s hidden gem is a semi-covered outdoor terrace area located at the Western end of the Picturehouse lounge. Offering picture-perfect backdrops and secluded alfreso options, it offers a unique place for drink’s receptions, dining and celebrations.

Virtual Recreation

  • Whether you’re planning a birthday party, corporate event, or team-building activity, VRec has something for everyone. A typical party consists of up to one hour of VR gaming, food and drink for all the guests, and free time to play in the Rec Room, but bespoke packages can be created to suit your event!

  • VRec work in partnership with a number of local food outlets to provide the best catering for your party or event, including Matches Sports Bar, Il Pakkero and Hello Treacle.

  • Party prices begin from £140.

  • The Match Box – With a private area able to host up to 15 people, the Match Box’s HDTV screens can be used either for your viewing or presentation pleasure. Just £150 for 5 hours’ hire the price includes a food and drink tab of £100. You can also prebook games and activities such as Karaoke, Shuffleboard, Interactive Darts, Beer Pong or hold your own PS5 or Nintendo Switch gaming hour!

Picturehouse

  • Cinema Screenings – Whether joining a public showing or from the privacy of your private screen, treat the team to the latest release or a new corporate video screening.
  • Events Space – Looking for somewhere unique to host team building quizzes, end of year awards, Picturehouse’s theatrically hidden events space works for both team meetings and social events.
